2026 is an epic year for us! We are getting closer- now just months away- to completing our very new exciting passion project that we’ve been planning for some time: Petite Domaine!
This new addition will feature three brand-new guest suites, a private wine bar for overnight guests with beautifully designed outdoor courtyards in a separate building connected by one roof which will now complete the vision of our little village, offering you even more space for relaxation and retreat. Each suite will reflect the same thoughtful, creative and charming design and high standards you’ve come to expect from us. Michael Wieters’ impressive architectural design of Petite Domaine will embrace the surrounding landscape; providing uninterrupted vineyard views, serene mornings, and cozy evenings in your luxurious private guest suite, similar to the amazing experience you already love about Domaine Chardonnay. For us, this project is more than just expanding our property. This has been a dream of ours for many years. From the moment we envisioned Domaine Chardonnay, we knew that one day we would create an even more incredible experience for our guests, expanding in a way that preserves the beauty and tranquility of our estate. ** Be assured, we have a thoughtful plan, keeping the construction disturbance to a minimum for you. The advanced stage of creation that we are currently at is mostly contained within the closed walls of the new building and pretty much undetectable from the outside. At other times nothing may be happening at all as we wait for inspections and scheduling. Petite Domaine is off to the side on our property and does not affect at all the main house, its backyard views from the current guest suites, or the front of the property. There is NO active construction on the weekends so there will of course be zero impact then. During the weekdays nothing will start until after 8am depending on what the project at the moment is, when usually most everyone is out for the day enjoying lunch and the wineries anyways during the midday hours. IF anything could be of an issue for anyone, we will notify ahead of time any guests that could possibly be impacted and manage the action accordingly, or we simply schedule to work on that part of the project when the guest suite/s are not rented.
