Domaine Chardonnay will make every reasonable effort to safeguard the privacy of, and maintain the confidentiality of its Guests’ financial and account information and nonpublic personal information.
Domaine Chardonnay will not inappropriately use or resell any of its Guests’ personal information. Guests agree to let Domaine Chardonnay use its contact information solely for the purpose of communicating with Guest directly in regards to the nature of its stay here on the Property with Domaine Chardonnay and or any future stay, upcoming property news, wine club, or private or public event held here on the Property.
